Job Summary:
We are looking for a Research analyst to survey customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision-making process regarding product designs, prices, and promotions.Learn and follow research process best practices for a broad range of research products, using analytical abilities and judgment to select the most relevant research content for delivery to the customer.
About The Role : :
Candidate with good experience of working with the KPO/BPO industry. Positive in researching information over the internet. Experience of Lead Generation would be an added advantage, like email sourcing. Follow Quality Assurance guidelines/procedures with an eye on customer satisfaction and sales success. Perform Quality Assurance Feedback as related to quality audits. Work with Team members towards compliance with all policies and procedures. Work with Team Leaders and Training Department to promote quality and consistency. Compile and maintain accurate monitor records.
