Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and organized Scrum Master (2-3 Years Exp) to facilitate day-to-day Agile execution across our cross-functional engineering teams. In this role, you will lead end-to-end Sprint management, maintain transparent tracking via Jira and Confluence, and balance Scrum with Kanban workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Scrum Ceremonies & Execution: Facilitate end-to-end Sprint workflows, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Jira & Board Administration: Manage physical and digital Jira Scrum and Kanban boards. Maintain healthy backlogs, monitor work-in-progress (WIP) limits, ensure accurate ticket statuses, and build tracking dashboards (Velocity charts, Burndown/Burnup charts).




- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Build and maintain structured team spaces in Confluence. Ensure transparent documentation of retrospective action items, release notes, process guidelines, and team norms.
- Process Alignment (Scrum + Kanban): Guide teams on using fixed-length Sprints vs. continuous delivery flow (Kanban) based on feature complexity and team needs.
