Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT retail positions across PAN India.
- Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure candidates join successfully and provide post-joining follow-up.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring retail requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
