We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with 24 years of experience to handle the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support of Flagman devices at customer sites across India and, when required, outside India.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission Flagman devices at customer sites.
- Perform electrical wiring and PLC connections.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Work with PLC and SCADA systems.
- Handle basic troubleshooting on Windows and Linux systems.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare service reports and maintain site documentation.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 24 years of relevant experience in Field Service, Technical Support, Industrial Automation, Electrical, or Electronics.
- Positive knowledge of electrical wiring and basic PLC connections.
- Basic knowledge of PLC and SCADA.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux.
- Understanding of APIs or software integration is an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across India and, when required, internationally.
