JOB PURPOSE To coordinate and enable end-to-end learning operations for Transworld Academy of Excellence (TAE), ensuring smooth execution of corporate projects, academic institution programmes, SME and faculty engagement, LMS platform administration, internal stakeholder coordination, and timely MIS support. The role will act as the execution anchor between clients, academic partners, SMEs, learners, internal teams, and management to deliver high-quality, scalable learning solutions in shipping, logistics, supply chain, leadership and skilled capability development. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Learning Project Coordination & Programme Operations • Coordinate end-to-end execution of TAE learning projects across corporate, academic, blended, classroom and LMS-based formats. • Prepare project plans, calendars, session schedules, learner communication trackers and delivery checklists for each programme. • Coordinate with clients, institutions, SMEs, trainers, learners and internal teams to ensure programmes start and close as planned. • Maintain accurate project documentation including scope, attendance, feedback, assessments, certificates, invoices and closure reports. • Track action items, risks, dependencies and timelines, and escalate delays or quality concerns promptly. • Support discovery meetings, site visits, curriculum mapping workshops and programme review meetings. 2. Corporate Project Support • Coordinate corporate training projects from requirement gathering to proposal support, delivery coordination and post-programme reporting. • Work with business heads, HR teams, L&D; teams and client SPOCs to collect role details, training needs, participant lists and logistics requirements. • Support preparation of proposals, training calendars, facilitator briefs, participant communications and programme dashboards. • Monitor participant attendance, feedback, learning outcomes and client service issues to support repeat business and client retention. Transworld Academy / JD / Asst Manager - Training 1 • Ensure delivery commitments, service levels, timelines and documentation are aligned with approved scope and commercial terms. 3. Academic Institution Coordination • Coordinate with academic institutions for short courses, certification programmes, curriculum add-ons, guest lectures, internships and faculty interactions. • Support MoU implementation by tracking agreed deliverables, course calendars, student registration, faculty allocation and institutional reporting. • Ensure timely communication with deans, programme heads, placement teams, student coordinators and administrative contacts. • Coordinate student enrolment, orientation, LMS access, attendance, assessments, certification and feedback collection. • Support academic partnership reviews by maintaining performance data, programme outcomes and learner engagement updates. 4. SME Pool, Faculty & Content Coordination • Maintain the SME / faculty database with expertise areas, availability, rates, location, credentials, feedback scores and engagement history. • Coordinate trainer onboarding, briefings, session plans, content submission, travel logistics, payments and post session feedback. • Match SMEs and faculty to corporate and academic requirements based on domain expertise, learner level and delivery format. • Support creation and standardisation of training content, outlines, learning outcomes,



assessments, case studies and trainer decks. • Ensure all faculty-related documentation is complete, approved and stored in the agreed repository. 5. LMS Platform & Digital Learning Administration • Coordinate learner registration, course assignment, access support, content upload, module testing and usage tracking on the LMS platform. • Work with LMS partners, IT and content owners to ensure courses are correctly configured, tagged, published and monitored. • Track LMS adoption, completions, learner progress, assessment outcomes and learner support tickets. • Coordinate conversion of classroom content into digital / blended learning formats with SMEs and internal teams. • Support reporting on LMS utilisation, module performance, learner engagement and opportunities to market the platform to clients and institutions. 6. Internal Stakeholder Coordination - IT, Social Media, Finance & Admin • Work closely with IT for LMS access, platform troubleshooting, data security, user support and technology enablement. • Coordinate with social media / marketing teams for programme announcements, learner testimonials, campaign inputs, event updates and brand visibility. • Coordinate with finance for purchase orders, vendor payments, client invoicing, collections follow-up, revenue recognition inputs and budget tracking. • Coordinate with admin for venue booking, travel, accommodation, catering, training materials, stationery, classroom readiness and learner support. • Maintain clear communication loops and weekly action trackers across internal teams to improve speed and accountability. 7. MIS, Governance & Documentation • Prepare accurate MIS covering project status, learner registrations, attendance, feedback, LMS usage, revenue inputs, invoicing, collections and pending actions. • Maintain trackers for corporate projects, academic partnerships, SME pool, LMS modules, internal dependencies and management review points. • Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation, approvals, contracts, invoices, certificates and data records are complete and accessible. • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and discipline in maintaining learner, client, faculty and commercial information. • Prepare monthly dashboards and review packs for CLO / management. Quality, Continuous Improvement & ESG Support • Collect and analyse feedback from learners, clients, faculty and academic partners to identify improvement actions. • Support standard operating procedures for learning operations, LMS administration, faculty coordination and programme closure. • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to reduce manual work, avoid delays and improve learner experience. • Promote digital documentation, reduced paper usage and responsible resource use in line with Transworld sustainability goals. • Support student mentoring, career guidance, volunteering and other education-linked social responsibility initiatives of TAE.



Apart from the duties and responsibilities listed above, any other additional duties as advised by the management from time to time. KEY RESULT AREAS Financial Perspective - Revenue support, billing discipline and cost control • Timely operational inputs for corporate / academic proposals: 100% within agreed timelines. • Programme-wise revenue, cost and invoicing trackers updated accurately each month. • Billing inputs submitted to finance by agreed cut-off date with >= 98% accuracy. • Vendor / SME payment documentation completed within agreed TAT after programme closure. • Support collection follow-up by providing client documentation and closure reports on time. Customer Perspective - Service quality, stakeholder satisfaction and retention support • Client / academic partner feedback rating: >= 8.5 / 10. • Programme-related learner queries and escalations resolved within agreed TAT: >= 95%. • Participant communication, joining instructions and LMS access completed before programme start: 100%. • Post-programme reports and certificates issued within agreed timeline: >= 95%. • Repeat programme / continuation opportunities identified and escalated to sales / management. Internal Process Perspective - Operational discipline, documentation and reliability • Programme checklists completed for all projects: 100%. • Attendance, feedback, assessment and certificate records maintained with zero critical gaps. • Monthly MIS dashboards submitted on time with accurate data. • SME / faculty database updated monthly with availability, rates, expertise and feedback. • No major audit non-compliance arising from missing project, learner, vendor or billing documentation. Learning & Growth Perspective - Capability, collaboration and team effectiveness • Completion of internal training on LMS, project coordination, TAE offerings and SOPs: 100% annually. • Number of learning operations improvements suggested / implemented: minimum 3 per year. • Improved cross-functional response discipline through weekly action trackers and follow-ups. • Demonstrated capability to independently coordinate at least 3 major projects / programmes in a year. • Support knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams on LMS, offerings and programme processes. Innovation & Development Perspective - Digital enablement and scalable learning delivery • New LMS modules / learning objects coordinated and published as per annual plan. • LMS usage and completion dashboards shared monthly for review. • Reduction in manual follow-up through use of trackers, templates and automated workflows. • Support at least 2 social media / market enablement campaigns per quarter with relevant programme inputs. • Identify opportunities for blended learning, microlearning, digital assessments or learner analytics. ESG & Corporate Responsibility Perspective - Sustainable learning and social impact • Minimum four (4) hours of volunteering per financial year as part of Transworld / TAE initiatives or other approved initiatives. • Support education, mentoring and career guidance initiatives for students and underprivileged learners. • Promote digital-first learning operations and reduced paper consumption across programmes. • Encourage team and learner participation in at least two approved CSR / ESG learning initiatives per year.
