Job Purpose:

To be a part of organisation and grow with time as establishing the skills and knowledge gained and add value to TIG.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Skills & Abilities:

- Highly logical, analytical and data driven.
- Strong conceptual problem solving, creativity.




- Quick learner with the ability to identify and drive changes to get more efficient and accurate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Solid stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Years of Experience:

- Should have relevant experience of 2- 3 Years.
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in Global recruitment.

Education Qualifiation:

- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferred.
