Job Summary

We are looking for Team Members and Senior Team Members – Tax Calling with experience in US Tax Calling. The role involves contacting US county tax offices, retrieving tax-related information through Netroline and other sources, analyzing property tax records, and preparing tax certifications with high accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Tax Certification by calling US county tax offices and obtaining tax-related information.
- Retrieve and validate tax and property-related data through Netroline and other available resources.
- Prepare tax certificates and update tax status and property information accurately.
- Analyze tax information and ensure quality and compliance with process requirements.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Maintain process documentation and adhere to established guidelines.

Required Skills

- Experience in US Tax Calling is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral/US accent.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Good analytical and decision-making abilities.




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Typing speed of 25 WPM with 98% accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Adaptable to work in night shifts and weekends, if required.
- No shift-related constraints.
- - Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Tax Calling.
- Experience in Mortgage, Title, Property Tax, Tax Certification, or related US processes will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

Team Member

- 1 to 3 years of experience in US Tax Calling or related US Mortgage/Tax processes.
- Knowledge of tax certification and property tax information retrieval.

Senior Team Member

- 3 to 5 years of experience in US Tax Calling, Tax Certification, or related US Mortgage processes.
- Ability to handle complex tax scenarios and support junior team members.
- Strong process knowledge and quality orientation.
