Experience: 2 year an above.

Qualification: Any graduate

HR Job Profile:

1. Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department or from the client.
2. Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
3. Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews.
4. Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person.
5. Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
6. Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
7. Designing Offer letter, Appointment letter.
8. Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees.
9. Filing the leaves forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken.
10. Providing Salary slips to all the employees.
11. Providing Experience letter to them.
12. Explaining all the policies to the current joiners.
13.



Taking care of an employee activity.
14. Handling and joining formalities of the Employees till Exit Interview.
15. Documentation of an employee.
16. Keeping records of the candidates who willing to come for an interview & follow-up is done on regular basis.
17. Other works those given by HOD.
