Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks. Manage and guide Area Sales Managers / Sales Executives within the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.




- Maintain solid relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, and project clients.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and company policies.
- Conduct regular market visits and review team performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of business plans.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
- Ensure timely collection and maintain healthy business operations in the region.
