About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging digital content and have hands-on experience managing social media platforms for brands.

You will be responsible for developing content ideas, creating and editing short-form videos, managing social media accounts, and helping build engaging content strategies for multiple client brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, posts and Stories.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, CTAs and social media copy.
- Shoot and edit Reels and short-form videos for brands and clients.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora or similar software.
- Create social media creatives and carousels using Canva or similar design tools.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, scheduling and content publishing.
- Research social media trends, competitors, trending formats, sounds and content opportunities.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies based on audience, brand and business goals.
- Optimize content for social search and discoverability using relevant keywords, captions and content structure.
- Monitor engagement, reach, views, followers and other social media performance metrics.
- Repurpose existing content into Reels, Stories, carousels and other platform-specific formats.
- Work closely with the SEO, marketing and creative teams to execute client campaigns.
- Assist with basic photography and video shoots when required.
- Use AI tools responsibly for content ideation, scripting, research, creative development and content repurposing.
- Stay updated with social media trends,



platform updates, creator trends and emerging content formats.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form video content.
- Hands-on experience creating Reels and other short-form videos.
- Good knowledge of Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora or similar.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop original content ideas.
- Good copywriting, caption writing and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement and content distribution.
- Knowledge of content calendars and social media planning.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work from our Dehradun office.

Good to Have

- Experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Experience handling social media accounts for multiple brands.
- Basic knowledge of Social SEO and platform search optimization.
- Experience with photography, lighting or basic video shooting.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or similar creative tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar tools for content creation.
- Understanding of UGC-style content, influencer content and current short-form video trends.
