Responsibilities

- Monitor and support production applications running on Unix/Linux servers.
- Troubleshoot application, server, and database issues.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and resolve incidents.
- Execute deployment and maintenance activities in production environments.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and database teams.
- Participate in incident management and on-call support.
