Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File & Print Services.
- Administer VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) and Hyper-V platforms.
- Perform VM provisioning, migrations, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS).
- Monitor infrastructure health and resolve complex issues proactively.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise server hardware.
- Support HA/DR initiatives and business continuity plans.
- Create technical documentation and support ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and participate in on-call support.

Required Skills

- Windows: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PowerShell.




- Virtualization: VMware ESXi, vCenter, vMotion, HA, Hyper-V.
- Server Hardware: Dell, HPE, Lenovo servers, RAID, BIOS/Firmware upgrades.
- Backup: Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup, backup & restore operations.
- Storage: SAN/NAS, NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE Storage, snapshots, replication.
- Cloud (Basic): Microsoft Azure, AWS, VM, storage, networking fundamentals.
- Linux (Basic): RHEL, Ubuntu, user & service management, networking basics.
- Solid troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and ITIL process knowledge.
- Ability to handle critical incidents and work in a 24x7 support environment.
