- Lead end-to-end procurement for Industrial and Warehousing Design & Build / EPC projects.
- Develop and manage sourcing strategies for key project categories including civil, PEB, structural steel, MEP, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, flooring, doors, dock equipment and other project materials/services.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard and develop reliable vendors, contractors and suppliers across key project locations.
- Drive RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, comparative statements, negotiations and purchase order finalisation.
- Work closely with Design, Estimation, Projects and Central Supply Chain teams to align procurement plans with project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and services while optimising cost, quality and lead times.
- Build category-wise cost benchmarks and market intelligence to improve procurement efficiency and commercial outcomes.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality and contractual compliance.
- Drive value engineering, alternate sourcing and cost optimisation initiatives.
