Responsibilities:

- Proven experience in managing capital and maintenance dredging projects including approach channels, turning basins, berths, dock basins, sand traps, and reclamation works.
- Experience in the mobilization, deployment, and demobilization of dredgers, marine spreads, and supporting equipment.
- Experience in dredging quantities, production rates, fuel consumption, vessel utilization, and project productivity.
- Experience in contractual requirements, port authority and statutory authority coordination.
- Exposure to contractual requirements, BOQ measurement, variation claims, extension of time, and downtime/standby claims.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing method statements, work programs, project execution plans, and operational reports.
- Experience in manpower planning, subcontractor management,



and coordination with vessel crews, project teams, and shore-based teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and take timely decisions to minimize vessel downtime and productivity losses.
- Experience in cost control and operational budgeting (including fuel, manpower, repairs, spares, logistics, and marine support costs).
- Solid understanding of dredging methodologies, production planning, cycle time optimization, and equipment utilization.
- Experience in monitoring dredging quantities, production rates, fuel consumption, vessel utilization, and project productivity.
