We are looking for an experienced Buyer - MRO Procurement to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) requirements within a steel manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end buying and procurement activities for MRO materials and services.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and identify qualified suppliers.
- Handle vendor management and supplier relationship management.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Lead cost optimization and procurement savings initiatives.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.

Required Skills:





- Strong experience in MRO Procurement within Steel, Metals, Mining, Manufacturing, or Heavy Engineering industries.
- Expertise in Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Supplier Management.
- Proven track record in Cost Optimization and Procurement Savings.
- Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SAP MM or other ERP procurement systems is preferred.
