- Map and grade our Top 100 most key processess and keep rolling a picture of how mature each one is
- Lead redesigns using Lean and Six Sigma processes with and keep a rolling picture of how before/after numbers gain
- Take each serious audit finding as a redesign brief: run the joint root that prove the cause session, design the fix (new steps, new controls, technology or workflow changes), and get the responsible CXO to adopt it.
- Build and own one controlled repository for every policy and SOP, with a explicit hierarchy (policy, process, SOP, work instruction, records), unique IDs, an approval workflow, review dates and proper version control so nothing out of date is ever in use
- Keep an adherence tracker where SOPs are being followed, where they're not- and escalate the gaps
- Make sure every fix ends as a written, trained, tested SOP no fix is "done" until it's documented
- Find & remove the manual, error prone steps , converting them to automated controls with IT
- Own the enterprise transformational road map, refreshed each quarter with CXO’s
- Grow Lean and Six Sigma skills across the business Belt talent. — spot and develop Green and Yellow belt talent
