We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–8 years of post-qualification experience to join our Statutory Advisory team as an Associate/ Assistant Manager and Manager role. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in IFRS and Ind AS, along with hands-on experience in IPO engagements, financial reporting, and working with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and multinational clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute IFRS and Ind AS financial reporting, implementation, conversions, and GAAP gap assessments.
- Manage IPO-related assignments, including financial due diligence, restated financial statements, RHP/DRHP support, and regulatory reporting.
- Work closely with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and multinational clients on accounting, financial reporting, consolidation,
and compliance engagements.
- Review financial statements, disclosures, and technical accounting memorandums in accordance with IFRS and Ind AS.
- Coordinate with client finance teams, auditors, and cross-border stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Research and resolve complex accounting issues while providing practical business solutions.
- Independently manage client engagements, review team deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members while supporting their professional development.
