Preparation of Tender Doc and BOQ with the Detailed Specifications.Release of Letter of Intent, Purchase Order, Work Order, Sub Contract Agreement, and Amendment order Having adequate knowledge in MEP works execution.Sub Contractor / Client Bill Preparation, Checking, and Certification. Preparation of MIS Reports and submitting to the Management for the progress. Having knowledge of Quality control and respective code of practice. Preparing Programme Schedule in Microsoft Project, based on resources and client requirements.
