Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Pre-Authorization team in the US Healthcare domain. The role involves coordinating with insurance providers and healthcare facilities to obtain prior authorizations for medical services and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Review patient and insurance information.
- Initiate and follow up on prior authorization requests with insurance companies.
- Verify eligibility and advantages as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of authorization status.
- Coordinate with providers, clinics, and internal teams for required information.
- Ensure timely processing of authorization requests.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Graduates and Undergraduates can also apply.




- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in International BPO, Customer Service, Voice Process, Healthcare, or Insurance processes will be preferred.
- Good English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift).
