Mandate Experience: Minimum 9 months of relevant voice experience

Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum 9 months of experience in a Chat Customer Support role.

* Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills. (C1/C2 Proficiency).





* Ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service

standards.

* Comfortable working in a quick-paced customer-centric environment.

* Banking Customer Service experience will be preferred.
