Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Professionals to manage end-to-end hiring for Relationship Managers (RM), Wealth Relationship Managers (Wealth RM), and other sales roles. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, salary negotiation, and candidate engagement skills to ensure timely closures and successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end recruitment for Relationship Managers, Wealth Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, and other sales roles.

-Source talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking and internal databases.

-Conduct screening interviews to assess sales capability,



communication skills and cultural fit.

-Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

-Lead salary negotiations and offer management within approved compensation structures.

-Drive candidate engagement and joining conversion to reduce offer dropouts.

-Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

-Partner with business stakeholders on manpower planning and hiring priorities.

-Maintain ATS accuracy, recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.

-Achieve hiring targets within defined turnaround times.Desired

Candidate Profile

-37 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

-Solid exposure to BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or Wealth Management hiring.

-Proven experience hiring Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Sales Managers or similar client-facing roles.

-Strong sourcing expertise across Naukri, LinkedIn and referral channels.

-Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.

-Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.

-Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
