Strong experience in Hi-Fashion pattern development from sketches
Excellent working knowledge of Optitex.
Valuable understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fit analysis
Ability to work independently and deliver work within project timelines.
Strong attention to fit, measurements, and pattern accuracy.
Experience in handling multiple brands and managing development priorities.
Experience working with international brands such as Mango, Next, Banana Republic (BR), J.Crew, LOFT, Marks & Spencer (M&S;) and similar international brands will be an added advantage.
Considering the current and upcoming workload across multiple brands, this position is required to support timely pattern development and avoid delays in our deliverables.
