Role Objective We are looking for a Tender Executive with strong experience in handling government tender portals and e-procurement processes. The candidate will play a key role in managing the entire tendering process and supporting business development efforts within the infrastructure industry. Key Responsibilities • End-to-end management of the tendering process on various government portals such as eProcure, GeM, MSTC, and state-specific portals. • Identification of suitable tenders, downloading tender documents, and evaluating requirements. • Preparing and submitting technical and financial bids as per guidelines and deadlines. • Coordinating with internal teams for document preparation, certifications, and compliance. • Maintaining records of submitted tenders, status tracking, and timely follow-ups. • Ensuring compliance with tender conditions and government regulations. • Managing vendor registrations and empanelments with government bodies. • Supporting audits, MIS reports,



and documentation related to tendering activities. Candidate Profile • Graduate (any stream); preference for candidates with additional certifications in tender management/procurement. • 26 years of experience in tendering within the infrastructure/construction industry. • Strong working knowledge of government e-tendering portals (Central & State). • Hands-on experience with eProcure, GeM, MSTC, and related systems. • Excellent coordination, documentation, and compliance management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Detail-oriented and able to work under strict timelines.
