- Scoping, mapping, and closing key distributor/dealer accounts across CG.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle for 80+ dealers/distributors.

- Ensure successful execution of BTL campaigns for tile contractors in the region.

- Implement loyalty schemes for dealers and contractors to strengthen relationships.

- Coordinate with ops, marketing, and technical teams for delivery, service, and collections.

- Drive policy initiatives with large accounts like builders and interiors.

- Conduct quarterly competition mapping for key regions.

- Guide and support a small team of BDOs achieve sales goals.

IDEAL PERSONA

- Experience of working with dealers/distributors/contractors . Resourceful & well-networked with 30-50 people in districts of CG.

- Proficiency in Google Suite + Excellent hold in English & Hindi. (speaking + writing)

- Experience in B2B Sales, specifically non-trade (Construction chemicals, Paints, elevators, cement, similar mix chemicals/ cementitious products & alike are a plus)
