ROLE SUMMARY

- The Assistant Manager - Production (CCTV) is responsible for managing and overseeing all CCTV product assembly and manufacturing operations.
- The role ensures production targets are met for CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR enclosures, cable assemblies, and related accessories while maintaining quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and coordinate production activities on the CCTV assembly line
- Plan and manage daily production schedules for CCTV products including cameras, housings, and cable assemblies
- Monitor production output, efficiency, and first-pass yield for CCTV line
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications for CCTV products
- Coordinate with QA for functional testing and visual inspection of CCTV assemblies
- Identify and resolve production issues, equipment faults, and material shortages
- Maintain shift reports, production logs, and MIS data for CCTV line




- Train CCTV line supervisors and operators on assembly procedures and quality checks
- Work with engineering team on current CCTV product introductions and process improvements
- Ensure proper ESD controls, handling, and workstation standards on CCTV line

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- 4-7 years of experience in electronics or CCTV product manufacturing
- Knowledge of CCTV system components including IP cameras, analog cameras, DVR/NVR, and related accessories
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and electronic assembly processes
- ESD handling and PCB assembly best practices
- Production planning and line supervision skills
- Understanding of quality standards for electronic products
- Good team management
