Pune | Contract | Up to 25,000/month | 12 yrs experience

We're looking for a proactive TA Specialist with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment to join our HR team!

What you'll do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing & offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & more
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Track recruitment metrics and ensure a excellent candidate experience

What we're looking for:
1–3 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong understanding of sourcing tools & interview techniques
Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail
Self-starter, detail-oriented & adaptable to a fast-paced environment
