- Manage customer orders through email and customer portals.
- Process sales orders considering open orders, warehouse & in-transit inventory.
- Coordinate with Material Planning & Plant teams for timely shipments.
- Communicate planned shipment dates and track order execution.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels across India & overseas warehouses.
- Monitor slow-moving inventory and coordinate with customers.
- Understand upcoming customer requirements for advance resource planning.
- Track competitor activities and market developments.
- Handle domestic & international freight terms.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support customer visits.
- Prepare annual market plans, budgets & MIS reports.
