Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility Freshers

- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Recent pass-outs are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

CTC: Up to 4 LPA

Eligibility Experienced Candidates

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Experience in Customer Support or Technical Support is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be comfortable working in US night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.




- Understand and resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Achieve assigned productivity and customer-service targets.
