Job Title: Executive Marketing & Sales

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering background will be preferred.

Job Purpose:
To support the Export Marketing & Sales function in customer communication, techno-commercial quotations, order processing, internal coordination, export documentation and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare techno-commercial offers and quotations based on customer enquiries.
- Communicate and follow up with overseas customers through emails and calls.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, order status and pending commercial clarifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, EXIM, Logistics and Finance for smooth order execution.
- Support shipping coordination, customer documentation and export-related activities.
- Maintain CRM records,



quotation trackers, order status reports and Sales MIS.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and required documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of customer, quotation and order data.

Key Skills:
Export Sales, International Sales Coordination, Customer Communication, Techno-Commercial Quotations, CRM, MS Excel, Sales MIS, Order Processing, Export Documentation, Logistics Coordination and Skilled Email Writing.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates from manufacturing, heavy engineering, electrical equipment, transformer, industrial machinery or other export-oriented B2B industries will be preferred.

Note: Candidates should be ready to relocate to Khopoli and willing to commit to a 2-year service bond with the organization.
