Job Title: Executive - Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive Engineering to ensure smooth and uninterrupted engineering operations at the cinema. The role will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, electrical and HVAC systems, fire & life safety, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, and overall facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth functioning of all engineering systems and equipment at the cinema.
- Conduct and monitor preventive maintenance as per defined schedules.
- Attend and resolve electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, DG, fire & life safety and other engineering-related breakdowns.
- Monitor electrical panels, DBs, UPS, DG sets, lighting systems and other electrical equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of HVAC systems to maintain guest comfort.
- Conduct regular checks of fire alarm, fire pumps, hydrants, extinguishers, emergency lighting and other safety systems.
- Coordinate with AMC vendors, contractors and service agencies for maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain engineering checklists, PM records, service reports,



AMC documents and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, safety and engineering standards.
- Monitor electricity, water, fuel and other utility consumption and support energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Respond promptly to engineering emergencies and minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with Cinema Operations, Security, F&B;, HR and other teams for smooth daily operations.
- Support engineering-related projects, equipment installation, refurbishment and maintenance activities.
- Ensure engineering readiness of the cinema before commencement of daily operations.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical or relevant Engineering discipline.
- Experience in Facility Management, Hospitality, Retail, Mall, Hotel, Multiplex/Cinema or Commercial Building Operations will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, DG, Fire & Life Safety and general maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
