An excellent Quality Assurance Manager Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues. Monitor all operations that affect quality. Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff. Assure the reliability and consistency of production bychecking processes and final output.
About The Role ::
Supervise & manage a team of quality executives, Trainers & Supervisors. Establishing, implementing & maintaining QA framework across all departments. To continue activities like TNI/ Refreshers/ PKT & BQM across the floor. To create skill enhancement/Behavioral training modules. Own the development of robust quality feedback loops into training, analytics, and processes to drive continuous improvement.
Data Analysis Strong Analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from data(Error Analysis and Root Cause Conduct RCA’s / studies to identify the reason for customer dissatisfaction/process failure and suggest actions. Identify and drive process improvement initiatives across departments. Desired Candidate. Should have knowledge of Quality Tools Excellent communication skills. Ability to get out of the box ideas and Process Improvement Initiatives. Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied. Report all malfunctions toproduction executives to ensure immediate action. Facilitateproactive solutionsby collecting and analyzingquality data. Review current standards and policies. Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation. Ensure all legal standards are met. Communicate with external quality assurance officers during in office inspections.
