Role & responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support business goals and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Drive performance management and employee development programs.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and compliance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management activities.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
- Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and headcount.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on organizational and people-related initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support succession planning and career development programs.
