Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Compensation & Benchmarking Data Analyst to support compensation benchmarking, market analysis, salary data management, and HR analytics, market study and report generation.

The role will involve analyzing internal and external compensation data, conducting salary benchmarking, identifying market trends and pay gaps, and preparing data-driven reports and dashboards to support compensation decisions.

- Collect, clean, and validate salary and employee data.
- Analyze compensation by role, level, location, experience, and industry.
- Conduct salary benchmarking against market surveys and competitors.
- Prepare reports on mean ,medium,median, percentile, pay ranges, and salary trends.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards,



HR Analytics, People Analytics, or related analytical roles.
- Strong experience in compensation/salary analysis and benchmarking.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Good understanding of salary structures, pay ranges, market median, percentiles, and compensation metrics.
- Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to HR and business stakeholders.
