JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Resource will be a part of recruitment team and predominantly responsible in recruitment across skills & different domains
- Sourcing profiles through job boards.
- Hands on experience in screening, shortlisting, scheduling the shortlisted candidates with the concerned Panels.
- Maintaining MIS.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Coordinate and Implement College Recruiting Initiatives
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
