Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor end-to-end Production Planning & Control (PPC) for plastic injection molding operations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain, maintenance) to ensure smooth workflow.

- Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

- Optimize resources to achieve production targets, minimize downtime, and control costs.

- Monitor material availability and ensure timely procurement planning.





- Track production performance and prepare MIS reports for management review.

- Drive continuous improvements in productivity, efficiency, and process compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) within plastic injection molding industry.

- Exposure to Korean/Japanese MNC working culture will be an added advantage.

- Excellent knowledge of capacity planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Robust leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Must be able to join immediately or within 30 days.
