Quality Executive (Spice Manufacturing Plant)

Salary: Up to 28,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform online quality checks during spice processing, grinding, blending, sieving, and packing operations.
- Monitor quality parameters like colour, aroma, taste, texture, moisture, mesh size, and consistency.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per company standards.
- Conduct packing quality checks including weight accuracy, sealing, batch coding, MFD/Expiry, and label compliance.
- Maintain quality records, batch reports, inspection checklists, and quality documentation.




- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP & food safety standards.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
- Monitor production floor hygiene and sanitation practices.

Qualification & Skills:

- B.Sc / M.Sc Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Spice Manufacturing / Masala / FMCG Food Plant required.
- Knowledge of spice processing, quality inspection, and documentation.
- Valuable observation and reporting skills.
