We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with solid foundations in AI/ML and Data Engineering to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agent systems for enterprise-scale use cases.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Python, SQL, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and AI agent frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop autonomous AI agents for complex enterprise workflows.
- Build single-agent and multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, memory, tool/function calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, internal APIs, and third-party tools.
- Develop and optimize LLM-based applications for scalability, latency, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Apply prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and prompt chaining techniques.
- Implement AI agent evaluation, observability, monitoring, guardrails, and hallucination mitigation.




- Develop reliable and production-ready AI solutions following AI safety best practices.
- Work across the complete AI solution lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems and Generative AI applications.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalent AI agent frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs, including Anthropic or open-source LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience with API integration, tool/function calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, monitoring, and LLM guardrails.
