Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our next-generation healthcare platform. The role will coordinate product, engineering, QA, infrastructure, implementation, and compliance, ensuring delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the master program plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Drive program governance, delivery cadence, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, Business, and Implementation teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage scope, schedule, quality, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Coordinate major releases, readiness reviews, UAT, and customer go-live activities.
- Manage enterprise customers and international implementation partners.
- Coordinate multi-region deployments, localization, compliance, and partner delivery across India, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the US.
- Establish effective program documentation, RAID logs, decision logs, and release processes.
- Work closely with the CEO, CTO, senior leadership,



customers, and external partners.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with 3+ years managing large, multi-workstream technology programs.
- Experience managing SaaS, enterprise software, platform development, ERP/LIMS, or similar technology programs.
- Robust experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Customer Success.
- Proven experience with international software rollouts, localization, compliance, and partner management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership and enterprise customers.
- Hands-on knowledge of milestone planning, RAID logs, dependency management, risk management, and release governance.
- Experience with Azure/AWS and cloud-based SaaS products is an advantage.
- Healthcare IT/LIMS/diagnostics experience and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe are preferred.
