About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 3+ years of experience building scalable, responsive, and production-ready web applications using React.js.

You will work on the frontend of our conversational and agentic AI platform, including agent configuration interfaces, chatbot and voicebot management, workflow builders, conversation monitoring, analytics dashboards, knowledge-management modules, and enterprise administration panels.

This is not a role for someone whose experience is limited to converting designs into static screens. You should understand how the complete product works, how frontend modules interact with backend services, how real-time events are handled, and how complex workflows are presented in a usable way.

You will be expected to own frontend features from requirement understanding through development, API integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

What You Will Own

- Frontend modules for our conversational and agentic AI platform.
- Agent, prompt, workflow, tool, and channel configuration interfaces.
- Conversation monitoring and analytics dashboards.
- Knowledge-management and enterprise administration modules.
- Real-time interfaces for live conversations, agent actions, and workflow execution.
- Reusable frontend components and common UI patterns.
- Frontend performance, usability, and production stability.
- Complete delivery of assigned modules, not only UI implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain frontend applications using React.js.
- Convert product requirements and designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces.
- Develop interfaces for configuring AI agents, workflows, prompts, tools, and knowledge sources.
- Build dashboards for conversation monitoring, usage, performance, and business outcomes.
- Develop visual workflow and process-building interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, WebSockets, and third-party services.
- Handle streaming responses, live conversation events, call status, and agent execution updates.
- Build reusable components, hooks, services, and utility modules.
- Implement authentication, role-based access, and permission-controlled interfaces.
- Work with complex forms, dynamic configuration screens, and JSON-driven interfaces.
- Handle loading, validation,



retry, timeout, fallback, and error states properly.
- Improve rendering efficiency, page-load speed, bundle size, and API usage.
- Debug issues across development, UAT, and production environments.
- Participate in code reviews and frontend architecture discussions.
- Work closely with backend, AI/ML, voice, product, design, and QA teams.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development speed while independently reviewing and validating the output.

Non-Negotiable Skills

React.js and JavaScript

- 2+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
- Strong experience with React.js.
- Strong JavaScript and ES6+ fundamentals.
- Good understanding of components, props, state, hooks, and lifecycle behaviour.
- Experience building reusable and maintainable component structures.
- Experience developing complete production applications, not only individual pages.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into usable interfaces.

Product Development Experience

- Experience building scalable SaaS, enterprise, or product-based applications.
- Experience working on medium-to-large frontend codebases.
- Ability to understand complete user and business workflows.
- Experience owning modules from requirement understanding to production release.
- Ability to work with changing requirements without losing code quality.
- Experience supporting and improving features after deployment.

API and Integration Experience

- Strong experience integrating REST APIs.
- Good understanding of request-response flows and API error handling.
- Experience with authentication, JWT, sessions, and token management.
- Experience with WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, or similar real-time communication.
- Ability to integrate third-party SDKs and services.
- Ability to independently debug frontend-backend integration issues.
- Experience handling dynamic JSON structures and API-driven configurations.

State Management and Frontend Architecture

- Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or similar tools.
- Understanding of local, global,



server, and cached state.
- Ability to structure frontend applications for scalability and maintainability.
- Experience building shared components, hooks, service layers, and utility modules.
- Understanding of separation of concerns and modular frontend architecture.

Production Readiness

- Strong debugging skills using browser development tools.
- Experience identifying rendering and performance bottlenecks.
- Understanding of frontend security fundamentals.
- Experience with role-based and permission-controlled interfaces.
- Ability to handle production issues with urgency and structured root-cause thinking.
- Ability to write readable, maintainable, and testable code.

AI-Assisted Engineering

- Hands-on experience using tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Ability to use AI tools for implementation, debugging, refactoring, and test generation.
- Ability to independently review and correct AI-generated code.
- Must understand the code being shipped.
- Must be able to code and debug without depending blindly on AI tools.

Good to Have

- TypeScript.
- Next.js.
- React Flow or similar workflow-visualisation libraries.
- TanStack Query or React Query.
- Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Ant Design.
- Charting libraries such as ECharts, Highcharts, or Recharts.
- Exposure to conversational AI, chatbots, voicebots, Generative AI, or agentic AI products.
- Experience building workflow builders, configuration consoles, or low-code interfaces.
- Experience with real-time dashboards.
- Testing experience using Jest, Vitest, or React Testing Library.
- Docker and CI/CD exposure.
- AWS or Vercel deployment experience.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Experience in banking, insurance, government, or other regulated industries.
