Description:
Robust knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.Expertise in network administration (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPN).Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices . Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.



Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for employees. Ensure data backup and disaster recovery systems are in place. Set up and maintain servers, workstations, and IT equipment. Repair, replace, and upgrade computer components when necessary. Conduct regular hardware audits and maintain inventory records. Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices . Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Perform regular updates and patches for network devices.
