Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented Site Engineer Trainees who are eager to build a long-term career in engineering operations and project execution. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training and gain exposure to site operations, project coordination, documentation, and client interaction.
Candidates demonstrating strong performance, adaptability, communication skills, and willingness to travel will be offered a full time position upon successful completion of the training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site operations and project execution activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth project implementation.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and reports.
- Support operational activities at project sites.
- Maintain records using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and safety guidelines.
- Travel to client locations and project sites as required.
- Participate in domestic and international travel assignments, depending on project requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and abroad.
- Positive attitude, learning mindset, and adaptability.
