Role Overview
We are looking for a CA/CPA with solid corporate tax experience to manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, tax planning, transfer pricing, audits, and international taxation matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage timely filings and compliance for Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory taxes.
- Handle tax provisions, reconciliations, compliance registers, assessments, audits, and litigation matters.
- Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities.
- Develop tax-planning strategies and advise on business transactions, restructuring, and M&A.;
- Manage transfer-pricing documentation, compliance, and reporting for international operations.
- Research and advise on Indian and international tax matters, including US and Philippines taxation.




- Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and business teams to ensure tax-efficient practices.
- Mentor junior tax team members across locations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- CA or CPA with 5–8 years of corporate tax experience; MNC or Big 4 experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Direct Tax, GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing.
- Exposure to Indian and international tax laws, particularly US and Philippines taxation.
- Experience handling tax audits, assessments, litigation, and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle and tax accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, communication, and team leadership skills.
