Oversee the operation and maintenance of computer systems and data processing applications.Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of all IT systems.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Data Management: Maintain data integrity and ensure proper data storage, backup, and recovery procedures.Oversee data entry processes and ensure accuracy and consistency of data.Develop and implement data processing policies and procedures. Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Conduct training sessions for staff on recent systems and technologies. Coordinate with vendors for support and maintenance of IT equipment.
