- RFQ evaluation and preparation of costing details.
- BOM preparation and customer-specific requirement analysis.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare Technical Feasibility Reports.
- Handle APQP, PPAP, and ECN documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Tool Room, Quality, Production, Purchase).
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations for tooling, raw material, and outsourced processes.
- Maintain RFQ/quotation tracker and ensure timely submissions.
- Support customer/vendor onboarding and prepare business case reports.
- Track won/lost businesses for management reporting.
