8-12 Years of Engineering, of which atleast 5 years should be on Performance Engineering, SRE-with-DB depth on a live estate.

Responsibilities

- Worked on PHP, MYSQL added advantage - Successfully scaled large web applications supporting tens of thousands or more concurrent users.
- Worked on applications with high transaction volumes and stringent response-time requirements.
- Conducted performance engineering for large government, banking, telecom, e-commerce, insurance, or enterprise platforms.
- Experience in analyzing existing production systems rather than only executing scripted load tests.
- Observability implementation with atleast one hyperscaler. Oracle Cloud infrastructure strongly preferred
- Experience working with application architects, database architects, DevOps teams,



infrastructure teams, and developers to resolve performance problems.
- Robust knowledge of distributed systems and scalability patterns
- Has faced off with a demanding customer or internal SME and participated actively during incidents and root cause analysis
- Experience in rescuing an estate from crumbling under severe loads
