- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lean Consultant to join our team, working from Monday to Saturday.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean principles and practices.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement lean solutions.
- Develop and maintain process maps to visualize current processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on lean principles and best practices.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and make recommendations for further improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Robust understanding of lean principles, including waste reduction, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with process mapping and measurement tools.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
