Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage project planning.
- Work extensively with ITOM and HRSD modules, including integrations using REST APIs.
- Oversee the development of ServiceNow components such as Client Scripts, Workflows, and Catalog Items.

Skills Required:

- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience
- Solid expertise in ServiceNow and its core modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM.
- Proficiency in HRSD and related integrations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development best practices.

Good to Have:

- Familiarity with ITSM processes.
- Experience with CMDB and Service Portal.

Education: Any Graduation
