Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver technical training programs for automotive OEMs, focusing on product knowledge, system understanding, and troubleshooting skills.
- Develop curriculum content, create presentation materials, and conduct hands-on sessions to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions that meet business objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to trainees to improve their performance and application of learned concepts.

Job Requirements :

- 4-13 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry or related field.
- Robust background in auto components, automobiles, or vehicle systems with expertise in one or more areas such as engine technology, transmission systems, braking systems, etc. .
- Proven track record of developing effective technical training programs that drive learner engagement and knowledge retention.
