Job Purpose

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing a welcoming and supportive experience to patients and their attendants, coordinating patient visits, managing front-desk activities, handling billing and cash transactions, maintaining patient records, and ensuring timely follow-ups and communication throughout the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Coordination: Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, investigations, procedures, and other centre-related requirements.
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist patients and attendants, handle queries professionally, and provide accurate information regarding services and processes.
- Calling & Follow-ups: Make appointment calls, patient follow-ups, treatment-related calls, and coordinate with patients as required.
- Billing & Cash Handling: Prepare bills, collect payments, issue receipts, maintain cash records, and ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation as per centre procedures.
- File & Record Management: Maintain patient files, reports, documents,



and records accurately and ensure proper filing and retrieval.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments and coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, embryology, pharmacy, and other departments as required.
- Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate completion of forms, registers, billing records, and other required documentation.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in hospital, IVF, fertility, healthcare, clinic, or front-office operations preferred.
- Experience in patient coordination, billing, cash handling, and follow-up will be an advantage.
