We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive interior site engineer to oversee and execute interior fit-out projects from inception to handover. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and coordinate seamlessly between contractors, designers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Management: Supervise daily site execution activities for interior fit-out works (including false ceilings, flooring, partitioning, and painting works) in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Quality Control: Enforce strict quality control standards for materials and workmanship on site, addressing and resolving snags promptly.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage on-site contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams, ensuring project milestones and daily targets are met.




- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, maintain site logs, and report daily updates, delays, or challenges to the Project Manager.
- Material Management: Monitor inventory, verify material deliveries against purchase orders, and minimize wastage on site.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent communication (written and spoken).
- Handling customer interaction via e-mails, phone calls, and personal meetings at the site/office.
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Work collaboratively with the internal supporting team.
- 2-wheelers with a valid driving license is mandatory.
